TERMS AND CONDITIONS
BALANCE: Balance is due on this contract 10 days prior to function.
FINAL COUNT: Final count cannot be lower than original guarantee stated on contract. No allowance is to be given in
case that minimum guarantee is not met.
FOOD: No food or beverage of any kind will be permitted to be brought into the Restaurant by either the person who is
signing this agreement or one of their guests, without the consent of the Paisano’s Ristorante Banquet Manager.
Any unfinished food prepared by Paisano’s Ristorante will not be wrapped to go.
SIGNAGE: Paisano’s Ristorante does not permit the affix of any signs, banners, posters, etc. to walls, floors or ceilings
unless advance permission has been granted by Paisano’s Ristorante Banquet Manager.
CANCELLATION: If cancellation notice is received within (2) weeks prior to the event, there will be a penalty of full
payment on minimum number of people guaranteed at minimum price ($30.95 per person)
